We will journey through this process with meditation, crystal sound bowls, and Light Language.

About the event
The healing circle on January 17 is focused on releasing old layers and transforming into a new version of ourselves. We will bring our shadow aspects into the light (literally), thereby transforming our own darkness into light.
What we will do:
Guided meditation for grounding
Sound bowl session to release shadow aspects
Light language activation for transformation and renewal
