In this one hour masterclass, you will learn how to process your emotions in a healthy and effective way. After watching the masterclass, you will know exactly what to do when emotions come up and how to truly process them, even when they feel very uncomfortable or overwhelming.

Practical tools
You will be guided through simple and effective tools that help you process your emotions on a deep level. In the video masterclass, we will do three practical exercises together so that by the end of the hour, you will have everything you need to handle your emotions in a light and healthy way. Not by suppressing or ignoring them, as that can cause emotions to resurface later or stay stuck in your body, but by moving through them with softness and openness. And that is easier than you might think.

I watched Master Your Emotions tonight. I really appreciated the feeling exercises. And for me, the reminder was so important that I don’t have to fix anything. Not my own emotions, and not when I feel emotions from others. That’s something I get to work on.
