Throat Chakra Cleansing & Activatie

This healing meditation is mainly focused on the throath chakra. In this 11-minute tranmission the energy in your throat is cleansed and cleared of dense energy, that prohibites you from speaking your inner truth. The light language connects your throat with your heart, so you can speak from the heart in stead of the mind. We'll also work on your root chakra, to clear any blocks of unsafeness to speak your truth. We'll end the transmission with reconnecting your root chakra to your heart chakra and throat chakra, so they're all realigned and work together in a harmonious way. Lastly we'll open up energy inside your heart, so you can speak from a place of love, connection and compassion and I'll share light codes to remind you that you are made of love. This healing meditation is perfectly suitable to listen everyday, until you experience that you can speak you truth in a healthy way.
