Sound Healing Bath

On Saturday morning, March 21, we are hosting a beautiful Sound Bath Healing with crystal singing bowls and light language. During this Sound Healing Bath you are invited to fully receive and relax for an entire hour.

Singing Bowls & Light Language

The pure vibrations of the crystal singing bowls, played by Gertrude, help your body relax and bring your nervous system into a state of calm. The sounds work deeply on a cellular level.
The light language is offered in the form of sounds and tones. It is sacred geometry, pure light, received by your body and energetic field through sound.

Deep relaxation & balancing your nervous system

During this hour you will relax on a very deep level as we bring your nervous system into balance through breath, sound, and light codes. We work with the vagus nerve and activate your parasympathetic nervous system, allowing your body to return to a state of safety and rest on a deep subconscious level.
